Bob Lee

After leaving the Governor’s Office in January of 2007, Bob Lee went back to the private sector doing that which he began 20 years earlier…brokering real estate transactions.  Joining his wife Nancy at the Kentwood Company allowed Bob to again be part of one of the metro Denver areas most dynamic real estate teams.  Since 1987 Bob and Nancy have helped friends and clients buy and sell over 1000 homes.

In March of 2004, Bob Lee was appointed Secretary of the Cabinet and Chief of Staff to Governor Bill Owens.  During the ensuing 3 years he functioned as the chief operating officer for the State of Colorado.  He was responsible for developing and leading a talented team of budget and policy advisors and for managing the State’s senior executives.  As the Governor’s principal advisor, Lee was charged with implementing policy and working to achieve consensus between the Executive Branch and the Legislature on major pieces of legislation.

Prior to that appointment, Lee served as Director of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade; a post that he held since July 2000. In that position he served as a member of the Governor’s Cabinet and oversaw a wide range of economic development activities, which included domestic and international business development, small business programs, as well as the Colorado Tourism Office, the Motion Picture and Television Commission and the Colorado Economic Development Commission. Lee served as a member of the Governor’s Commission on Science and Technology, and as the Governor’s designee on the Colorado Economic Development Commission and the Governor’s Financial Review Committee. Additionally, he chaired the Motion Picture and Television Commission Advisory Board and was a member of the World Trade Center Board of Directors and the Economic Developers’ Council of Colorado.

Prior to joining the Owens’ Administration, Lee was an active member of the Denver real estate community. In 1995, he became part owner of RE/MAX Classic, an office which grew to 65 agents and which is now ranked among the metro area’s top producing firms.

In the early 1980s, Lee served as campaign manager for a number of Colorado political candidates. Among them was Apollo 13 astronaut, Jack Swigert, who went on to win election in Colorado’s Sixth Congressional District. In 1983, Lee received a White House appointment in the Reagan Administration and served as one of two Deputy Directors in the Region VIII office of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Following a three-year stint at HHS, he entered the world of investment real estate where, as a partner and Managing Director of RMI Capital Management, his company invested almost $250 million on behalf of pension clients in the western United States.

Lee is an active community leader. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Denver Metropolitan Major League Baseball Stadium District and on the Board of the Center for a New American Century.  Lee formerly served as Vice Chairman of the Governor's Drug Control and System Improvement Board. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Regis University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Lee and his wife, Nancy, live in Littleton.

Nancy Lee

A Realtor since 1987, Nancy joined the Kentwood Company in 2004.  She is a Colorado native, and graduated from Heritage High School in Littleton and the University of Northern Colorado.  Nancy has been married for twenty-nine years to Bob Lee, her high school sweetheart.  They have two children, Andy and Christine. Bob was in the Real Estate business with Nancy for five years before taking a leave of absence to serve the State of Colorado as Director of the Office of Economic Development and as Chief of Staff for Governor Bill Owens. Nancy and Bob were co-owners of Re/Max Classic in Greenwood Village for five years, where Nancy was named to the Re/Max Hall of Fame.

Nancy feels fortunate to live in her hometown of Littleton.  She has specialized in home sales in the area for twenty years, and has first hand knowledge of the schools, amenities and lifestyle which make this a great place to live.  Some of her areas of expertise include Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree,  Ken Caryl, Roxborough,   Englewood, Centennial, Denver, Castle Rock, Parker, Lakewood, Cherry Hills, and Greenwood Village.

Nancy enjoys oil and pastel painting, and volunteer work, in her spare time. She has served as a Trustee on the Littleton Adventist Hospital Community Board. She was Vice President of the Littleton Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees from 2003-2005., and served on the PorterCare Foundation Board of Trustees from 1993 to 2003.  Nancy was an officer on the Board, and chaired their successful “Heart of Hearts” Gala fundraiser for many years.   In 2004, Nancy was appointed by Governor Owens to the Board of the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District, which distributes funds to over 300 cultural organizations throughout the metro area.

Nancy’s work ethic and dedication to her clients’ needs have consistently placed her among the top Realtors nationwide.  Developing long-term relationships with clients is the most satisfying aspect of her business.  Over the years, it has been fulfilling to help over 1000 friends and clients buy and sell homes.

Andy Lee

Andy is a Colorado native who grew up around the real estate business.  From the age of 6 he was helping his mom stuff envelopes and hand delivering marketing pieces to neighborhood homeowners.  He learned from a very young age that dedication to client needs and hard work get homes sold.

Andy grew up in the Littleton area.  After graduating from Kent Denver High School, Andy left Colorado to attend school and play football for Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.  It was there he met his future wife.  Andy and Lauren returned to Colorado and married in 2009. Lauren is an English teacher at Arapahoe High School.  They currently live in SouthGlenn with their two dogs, Tula and Stryder.

After many years of assisting and learning the real estate business from his parents, Andy noticed that there were few agents prepared to serve a new generation of home buyers and sellers.  Andy has dedicated himself to staying on the cutting edge of real estate innovation and specializes in using new technologies and strategies to get homes sold in today’s rapidly changing world.

Andy also has extensive experience in both single family rental properties and property management.  His background in both sales and rentals allows him to find the absolute best solution for your property.  His full service approach and commitment to unparalleled service is adding energy and expertise to a proven team of professional Realtors.
